There has been a lot of hype around diet pills and other fat loss supplements. Personally, I believe that healthy fat loss cannot be achieved from using these types of supplements. Fat loss should be a holistic and fun process. Here are two of my favorite exercises to facilitate quick, healthy fat loss.

1. Squat...Then Jump!
Squat jumps are much easier to do than they seem. Place your feet shoulder with apart and (while keeping your back straight) lower yourself until your thighs are horizontal to the ground.
Now comes the fun part... explode up with so much force that your feet actually lift off the ground.
Squat jumps have two huge benefits. The first is the obvious calorie burning. The second is that you will have some strong, toned, sexy legs!
Start with 3 sets of 10. Only 45 second breaks in between.
2. Burpee!
Ever heard of burpees? If you haven't take 10 seconds and do a search on them.
They are a fun way to get your entire body moving and burning boatloads of calories.
Try to do as many as you can in 3 minutes every day.
Throw on your favourite song and get started. Feel free to go a little crazy and do some high energy dancing while you're at it. Healthy fat loss can be enjoyable if you let it be.
These two exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home. Heck, you can even do them while watching your favourite TV show. Just be sure to make the commitment to exercising daily. These short workouts will do wonders for you!
